Our National Park tours include visits to the world’s very first national park, world-famous Yellowstone. Designated as a protected park in 1872, this rugged reserve is a wonderland of geysers, hot springs, crashing waterfalls, vast grasslands and shimmering lakes, all of which are roamed by elk, bison, grizzly bear and over 300 species of birds, including the bald eagle. Headline acts here include the crashing Lower Falls of the Yellowstone River and the regular ‘blow’ of Old Faithful Geyser.
Our National Park tours also tick through a long list of other must-see reserves. For sheer spectacle, it’s hard to beat California’s Yosemite National Park, with its 1,200 square miles of towering mountains, thundering falls, narrow canyons and giant sequoias.
