Was not happy with Customer Service. Requested a change of name to ensure it matched my passport. Charged over £200 and then lost all of my flight seat bookings. Also discovered I'd been re booked onto the wrong flight... No apologies given
An excellent, thoroughly enjoyable holiday which was everything it was advertised to be. Organisation was great every step of the way. Good value for money. I would definitely reccomend Cosmos and this particular holiday.
